Celebrating Three Years of Female Counsel

Three years ago, I was fed up with seeing talented women in law struggle to progress, often feeling isolated and undervalued in their roles.

I wanted to create a space where women from all areas of law could come together, share experiences, and support each other—without the sales pitches, without the pressure.

So, Female Counsel was born!

It started as a small group of female partners, and now? We’re a network of over 700 incredible women.

And I couldn’t be prouder!

Whether you're a partner, an associate, or working in-house, Female Counsel was created with you in mind.

I remember one of our very first events—just a handful of us on a Zoom call, unsure if this would really take off.

Fast forward three years, and we’ve built something that has connected so many brilliant women, helped boost their confidence (and mine!), and even led to career-changing opportunities for some of our members.
