Female Counsel is for female lawyers of all levels and disciplines. It is a dynamic and growing group of women with one goal in mind.

To elevate one another.

When I set up NDR, one of my aims was to establish a female-only networking group. I wanted to bring together female lawyers from a variety of firms and disciplines, to come together, support and elevate one another. And so Female Counsel was born! An incredible support network for female talent.

I am passionate about the continued growth of Female Counsel and the power of elevating one another. Together we are stronger. Female Counsel meets virtually or in person every month, normally with an engaging speaker who leads a topical conversation.
